The Youth International Business Initiative is an organization in the Bay Area that provides students with real-world business experience. Its members get the chance to pitch their ideas to investors, develop leadership skills, and form a network of young entrepreneurs. The program also teaches students about the importance of being involved in the community. Its mission is to make youth interested in business more aware of their rights and responsibilities. In addition, the program helps young entrepreneurs gain access to capital.

The organization’s leadership team includes Michelle Hopson, a nonprofit veteran with 15 years of experience. Hopson specializes in community impact work, process integration, and board and executive leadership. Her professional services firm is a certified minority-owned business in Connecticut. She has received recognition for her commitment to personal and professional development.

The Stand By Youth International Business Initiative aims to encourage businesses to invest in youth development by raising awareness and sharing best practice. It also hosts events to bring together like-minded businesses. The initiative is a partnership of 12 global organisations, including the European Youth Forum, the European Engineering Learning Innovation and Science Alliance, and Business for Inclusive Growth.

YIBI has grown over the years into an organization that focuses on global business. Young people are encouraged to take risks and be innovative. As a result, they learn valuable skills and become better equipped to face the challenges that come with their careers. It also provides opportunities for youth to develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

In the ASEAN region, youth have been lacking in entrepreneurial skills and networks. Youth have a unique opportunity to become successful entrepreneurs, and the Youth International Business Initiative can provide the training they need to succeed. The organization has trained 9,000 youth since 2012. The organization’s goal is to build a stronger entrepreneurial community in the region.
